I am selling this wonderful soundproof room, almost for free because I am moving to another house and I cannot bring it with me. Actually, I am using it as writing/reading/sleeping room, but it is intended for music instruments.
The room was made by the Dutch expert InStudio (check his website for more infos) and the original price was 5500 euro. The room is perfect for voice, guitar, piano if you need a room in order not to bother your neighbours when you play. NOT suitable for drums and bass.
